Thrive, Purge, Rebirth come from a handmade book I put together titled,"Tell It To The
Sky." It was limited edition (about 50 copies) and sent to various artists. It was sent out to Ana Castillo, Henry Rollins,
Victor Villasenor, handed to Sandra Cisneros, and thrown up on stage, at Slim's, alongside Lloyd Cole.
Lloyd opened it while on stage, stopped the show. TeeHee. Henry Rollins sent me an e-mail. He thinks I am cool! TeeHee.
(I jumped up and down a lot that day.) Ana Castillo sent me a package, with an autographed book and a wonderful note. That
made my life!
